These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quickscreen USA website ("Website") and the purchase of products from Quickscreen USA Inc. ("Quickscreen USA", "we", "our" or "us").

By accessing this Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this Website or purchase products from us.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quickscreen USA regarding your use of the Website and the purchase of our products.

1. Definitions

Customer, you or your means any individual, business or other legal entity accessing this Website or purchasing products from us.

Goods means any products offered for sale through this Website.

Order means a request submitted by you to purchase Goods from Quickscreen USA.

By using this Website or placing an Order, you represent and warrant that:

if purchasing on behalf of a company or organisation, you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Sales Through This Website

Quickscreen USA manufactures and supplies fencing products for residential, commercial and trade customers.

Orders placed through this Website are sold, processed, fulfilled and supported directly by Quickscreen USA.

Authorised distributors operate as independent businesses. Purchases made directly through an authorised distributor are subject to that distributor's own pricing, terms and conditions, shipping policies, warranty procedures and customer service processes. Quickscreen USA is not responsible for orders, payments, deliveries, returns or warranties relating to purchases made directly from an independent distributor.

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership or joint venture between Quickscreen USA and any authorised distributor.

4. Website Use

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

use the Website in any manner that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or our systems;
upload or transmit malicious software or code;
use automated systems, bots or scraping tools to extract information from the Website without our prior written consent; or
use the Website in any way that could damage our reputation or interfere with other users' access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

colours may vary depending on your screen or device;
product images are illustrative only;
dimensions and specifications may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances; and
we reserve the right to modify product specifications, discontinue products or update information at any time without notice.

The availability of products displayed on the Website does not guarantee that those products are in stock.

6. Orders

Placing an Order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase Goods.

Submission of an Order does not constitute acceptance by Quickscreen USA.

An Order is only accepted when we issue written confirmation or dispatch the Goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including where:

products are unavailable;
pricing or product information contains an error;
payment cannot be authorised;
fraud or unlawful activity is suspected;
shipping is unavailable to the requested location; or
we reasonably believe fulfilment of the Order is impractical or impossible.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled Order, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

Orders cannot be amended once processing or dispatch has commenced. If you need to make changes to an Order, please contact us immediately after placing it. While we will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee that amendments will be possible.

7. Customer Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information when placing an Order.

You are responsible for ensuring that all billing details, delivery addresses and contact information are correct.

Quickscreen USA is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.

8. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Website are shown in United States Dollars (USD).

Prices displayed on the Website do not include shipping, freight, handling charges, taxes or other applicable charges unless expressly stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately after an Order has been placed and will be advised before dispatch.

We reserve the right to change prices, product specifications, promotions and availability at any time prior to accepting an Order.

Despite our best efforts, pricing or product information may occasionally contain errors. If an error is identified after an Order has been submitted, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the Order. If payment has already been received and the Order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

9. Payment

Payment in full is required before Goods are dispatched unless a trade credit account has been approved by Quickscreen USA.

We accept payment by:

Visa
Mastercard
American Express
Bank Transfer
Cheque (where accepted)

All payment methods are subject to verification and authorisation by the relevant financial institution. If payment cannot be authorised or processed, we may delay or cancel your Order.

You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment information supplied is accurate and complete.

Where applicable, payment processing may be carried out by secure third-party payment providers. Quickscreen USA does not store your complete payment card details.

10. Trade Credit Accounts

Approved business customers may apply for a trade credit account.

Approval of a credit account is entirely at the discretion of Quickscreen USA and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Trade account holders must pay all invoices in accordance with the agreed trading terms.

We reserve the right to suspend deliveries, cancel Orders or revoke credit facilities where invoices become overdue.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Quickscreen USA currently supplies products throughout the United States and Canada.

Orders are generally dispatched from our United States warehouse within seven (7) business days of Order acceptance, subject to product availability.

Estimated delivery time is approximately ten (10) business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We currently utilise reputable freight carriers including UPS, FedEx and DHL, however we reserve the right to use alternative carriers where appropriate.

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch Orders promptly, Quickscreen USA is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, customs inspections, industrial action, supplier shortages, government action or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect delivery information supplied by the Customer, additional freight charges may apply.

12. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated separately based on the delivery location, product dimensions, weight and freight requirements.

Shipping costs will be advised after an Order has been placed and before Goods are dispatched.

If you choose not to proceed after shipping charges have been provided, your Order may be cancelled and any payment made for the Goods will be refunded.

13. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

Ownership (title) in the Goods remains with Quickscreen USA until payment has been received in full for the Goods and any applicable shipping charges.

Until ownership passes, you must not sell, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the Goods except in the ordinary course of business.

14. Inspection of Goods

You must inspect all Goods immediately upon delivery.

Any shortages, incorrect Goods, visible damage or delivery discrepancies must be reported to Quickscreen USA immediately upon receipt.

Claims made after the Goods have been used, installed or altered may not be accepted where the issue ought reasonably to have been identified during inspection.

Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate the claim or seek recovery from the freight carrier.

15. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

change of mind;
incorrect product selection by the Customer;
products no longer required;
products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse or used contrary to their intended purpose.

Returns will only be accepted where:

the Goods were supplied incorrectly;
the Goods were damaged during transit;
the Goods are confirmed to be defective; or
Quickscreen USA otherwise agrees in writing.

No Goods may be returned without our prior approval.

Where a return is approved, the Goods must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, allowing for reasonable inspection of the product.

Where a claim is accepted, Quickscreen USA may, at its discretion:

repair the Goods;
replace the Goods;
supply equivalent Goods; or
refund the purchase price paid.

Where Goods are confirmed to be damaged or supplied incorrectly, Quickscreen USA will arrange or reimburse reasonable return freight costs.

16. Warranty Claims

If you believe a product is faulty or defective, you must notify Quickscreen USA as soon as reasonably practicable by emailing sales@quickscreenfencing.com.

Warranty claims should include:

your Order number;
a description of the issue;
photographs of the alleged defect; and
any other information reasonably requested to assist with assessment.

Quickscreen USA reserves the right to inspect the Goods, request additional information or require the Goods to be returned for assessment before determining the outcome of a warranty claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

17. User Accounts

Where the Website allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and to promptly update your information if it changes.

You must notify Quickscreen USA immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains inaccurate information, is used in breach of these Terms or is otherwise considered by us to pose a security or operational risk.

All content made available through this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, product images, catalogues, designs, software, code, documentation, trademarks, trade names and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Quickscreen USA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

repairing the Goods;
replacing the Goods;
supplying equivalent Goods;

Quickscreen USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or special loss or damage, including but not limited to:
